Golf City unveils a visionary healthcare-led living ecosystem with Livlong.
NEW DELHI: The 5th of June 2026 marked the achievement of a significant milestone in India’s evolving wellness and healthcare world. Livlong and YugenInfra officially signed a collaborative, forward-thinking memorandum of understanding (MoU). Leveraging the capabilities of leading providers in health care, such as the exceptional Manipal Hospitals Group, this collaboration is the start of a long-term, visionary approach to the development of an integrated health care infrastructure at Yugen Golf City.
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding was held at Yugen Golf City. It was attended by key leadership teams and healthcare experts. Some other industry stakeholders and strategic partners were also attendees at the event. The goal of the event was to promote a shared vision for creating the most innovative, wellness-driven destinations in India.
This collaboration will allow for the integration of advanced access to health care, preventative health and wellness programs. It also integrates easy access to emergency medical assistance, rehabilitation services, assisted living environments and innovative health care infrastructure to be part of the lifestyle experience at Yugen Golf City. The collaborative partnership aims to utilise health care and wellness as primary components of community living. It also aims to meet the increasing demand for holistic, health and wellness-focused environments for individuals and families of all ages in a community living environment.
On this occasion, Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director of Yugen Infra Pvt Ltd., commented, “This partnership represents a major milestone for the industry. It will play an important role in establishing a future in which health and wellness become part of everyday life. Our vision as Yugen Golf City is not only to construct upscale residences but rather to build a comprehensive ecosystem focused on supporting health, longevity, community and quality of life. Our partnership with Livlong and leading health systems such as Manipal Hospitals Group,
creates the foundation for one of the most forward-looking integrated township developments in India that will prioritiseboth luxury and human wellness.”
The Livlong CEO and Founder, Gaurav Dubey, said, “The future of healthcare lies in making wellness and medical support an integral part of daily living rather than a reactive service. Our partnership with Yugen Infra represents a progressive model where preventive healthcare, assisted living, rehabilitation, and emergency care are seamlessly embedded into a thoughtfully designed lifestyle ecosystem. Together, we are committed to building a community that prioritises longevity, dignity, accessibility, and holistic well-being.”
In addition to this broader vision, Yugen Golf City will be launching a new line of premium residential products, designed with wellness, dignity, active lifestyles, personalisedcare and community experiences at their core, to provide a holistic, supportive environment for seniors. These products will be the first of their kind in India, combining hospitality-style services with access to health and wellness systems.
