NEW DELHI: Delhi-based Signature Global said that it has received the occupancy certificate for Andour Heights located in Sector 71, Gurugram.
With this the company is ready to deliver its third project under Haryana Affordable Housing policy including Signature Solera and Signature Synera.
Located on NH8- Southern peripheral Road, it has 1 and 2 BHK options with amenities such as a Jogging Track, Kids’ Play Area, community hall, crèche. In 2018, Signature Global gave possession of their first project- Solera in sector 107, Gurugram, under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, and in 2019 it gave possession of Synera in sector 81. The company sets a milestone of delivering the project in the stipulated time.
