As a seasoned Realtor of repute the elevation to the position of the Managing Director & CEO of Emami Realty Limited bears testament to Dr. Kumar’s leadership qualities, excellence and experience in the Real Estate industry.
Prior to his elevation, Dr. Kumar has been CEO on the Emami Realty Board since October 2018. Ph.D. in Management and MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing Management Dr. Kumar is a civil Engineer from University of Pune and has over 27 years of experience in Real Estate Industry & Funds, executing multi-dimensional projects – Retail, Commercial, Residential, Institutional & Multiplexes with proven strengths incorporate strategy, marketing and innovations on most competitive terms.
