NEW DELHI: Tata Capital has announced the appointment of Anil Kaul as the managing director of Tata Capital Housing Finance (TCHFL). Kaul takes over charge from R Vaithianathan, effective July 18, 2018.
Speaking on the appointment, Rajiv Sabharwal, CEO and managing director, Tata Capital, said, “We welcome Mr Kaul to the Tata group as the managing director of Tata Capital Housing Finance. Growth of the real estate sector is driven by favourable demographics, urbanisation and rising income levels. On being appointed as the managing director of Tata Capital Housing Finance, Kaul said, “I am honoured to join the Tata group in its 150th year. Kaul has spent over two decades in the financial services sector with extensive experience in the retail lending business. He has held senior management positions at ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, Citibank N.A., Standard Chartered Plc.
Kaul holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lucknow.
