MUMBAI (INDIA): After the success of Rio-De-Goa, Tata Housing, one of the leading real estate development companies in India, today announced the record sale of 50 units at Serein in Thane – India’s first wellness homes project. In response to a successful easy payment scheme launched last week, Phase 1 witnessed a tremendous response selling out all the duplexes and 3BHK units.
True to its pioneering efforts, Tata Housing announced the launch of wellness homes in India at its project Serein in Thane, in partnership with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI). The innovative payment plan enabled consumers to book their dream homes by paying just 1 percent of the total amount. Through the scheme, this customer enjoys the flexibility to complete 15 percent payment in five easy steps and pay the balance amount on the completion of the structure.
Rajeeb Dash, head – corporate marketing, Tata Housing, said, “Contrary to current perception, the response to Serein in a record period of seven days represents end-user confidence and purchase intent in the housing market. We believe that innovative payment plans like these will further boost the morale of end-users, who have responded favourably to various offers across our projects in the past month.”
Serein is spread across 1 million sq ft and would have four towers with 740 flats. It would comprise two-, three- and four-BHK flats with sizes ranging from 696 sq ft to 900 sq ft.
