MUMBAI (INDIA): Realty player Duville Estates said it has, in association with HDFC Ltd, launched a subvention scheme for its customers for a project in Pune.
Under the scheme for the project ‘Riverdale Heights’, customers will have to make an initial down payment of Rs 51,000 in addition to statutory payments such as service tax, VAT and stamp duty, the company said in a statement.
The first phase of the project will have five high rise towers comprising 1 and 2 BHK apartments starting at Rs 47 lakh and Rs 68 lakh, respectively.
